Bitumen Packing Systems
The Cooling & Packing Unit (CPU) and the High Performance Melter (HPM) are components of the Pörner Bitumen Packing System - a comprehensive solution for the logistics of cold bitumen. The system is designed to fill road construction bitumen into flexible bags (Pörner Bitumen Bag™) and transport them via any means of transport.

Compact, semi-automatic processing plant that cools hot bitumen to filling temperature, automatically fills special bags, monitors weight, and identifies each unit to ensure safe and continuous operation
