Engineering
Working closely with the production department, our TAF engineers develop many new and exciting solutions that are successfully implemented for customers in innovative systems and system components.
TAF's range of services is geared towards solutions that are technically impressive and create long-term added value. Responsible use of resources accompanies this claim in all phases of product realization. That is why the circular economy is an integral part of our actions and contributes to implementing innovations in a holistic and future-oriented manner.
The Engineering division offers all services for the development of customized special solutions as well as for the conversion, refurbishment, and expansion of industrial plants:
- Technical analysis, consulting, and preparation of feasibility studies
- Basic and detailed engineering
- Creation of PFDs / process flow diagrams
- Creation of R&I/PIDs
- Strength calculations
The engineering team works with Inventor, AutoCAD, or BricsCAD. PV Elite is used specifically for equipment design.
Manufacturing
In our 1,900 m² factory, we build equipment and process equipment with diameters of up to 4,500 mm and unit weights of up to 12 tons. With a focus on effective modular designs, we enable easy transport and plug-and-play solutions for installation at the site of use.

Our wide range of manufacturing options includes sheet metal cutting, numerous welding and joining processes, mechanical finishing of milled and turned parts, and the production of special piping and measuring sections.
In addition, we work with experienced regional partners – both in manufacturing and for trade-specific engineering and planning services.

Approvals
As a certified welding company for the manufacture and repair of steam boilers, pressure vessels, and pipelines, we have all the necessary approvals and quality testing procedures in place.
